Yashail Hotel Haridwar

My stay was excellent! I would especially like to thank Sourabh, the Front Office Manager, for his exceptional support. I was in touch with him over the phone before my arrival and requested two rooms next to each other, as I was traveling with my 90-year-old mother. Sourabh followed up perfectly and even gave me a call at 11:00 AM to confirm the arrangements. When we reached the hotel, one room was already ready, and the second was right next to it—just as requested. The service was smooth and thoughtful from start to finish. Truly a 10 out of 10 experience!

I have stayed in this hotel many times and every time I have had a very good experience. It is a very good hotel. The staff is very good, they are nice people.

Check in was good. Staff was good. We booked taxi from resort for Ganga Aarti. Driver helped a lot to reach to exact point go Ganga Aarti. He alos suggested a veg dinner place named "Hoshiyarpuri". It was not that bad.
